Default New Member....Looking for Singer Improved Family Parts

Hi everyone, new member here. Yesterday, I picked up a Singer Improved Family sewing machine that is overall great condition. It does need a few things to make it complete. I'm looking for a bobbin winder tension wheel and a wooden pitman rod (16".....13" on holes). Any suggestions on where I could find these parts besides ebay?

Thanks,
Dave

I forgot to mention that I'm also in need of a thread tension spring. Thanks!

Beautiful machine! There may be someone at http://www.victoriansweatshop.com that could help you with the parts you need. The decals on your machine are in such great shape! Good luck in your parts search.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I found a wooden pitman arm on ebay. Two more parts and a little work and I'll have this machine sewing again!

That is a beautiful machine. I love the scalloped edges. Do you know when it was made?
