Good eye Rodney. Maybe this member had been so busy sewing, that time for posting has been non-existent until now.....?

Hi, I am also fairly new here in the vintage sewing machine area. I've tried posting pics with no luck. Had a couple of PM's trying to instruct me. I'm thinking it's the size of my pics that's the problem but being a computer dunce I can't figure out how to make them a smaller size. Plan on asking my teenaged DGD to help when I can catch her home. LOL

Good luck on catching a GK long enough to teach you how to do pictures. My history with them, they come in, give me a hug and I say, "show me how to do a pic to my quilting board", they sit down and do it, with me looking over their shoulders, and poof, it is done, and they leave with me still picturing about their second move to get the picture to my QB posting. So, I think I have posted maybe three pictures during my whole time of being here.

The biggest thing I've found helpful for posting pictures on line is to have your camera set at it's lowest size or pixel setting. You only need the higher settings if you want to print photo quality pictures. My camera is an older model and I keep it set at "VGA", the lowest setting. Pictures download to the computer looking just fine. And that's all I know about digital cameras.

The problem is that SFM has a Mac and most of us have PC's or Windows based systems. I gave her a link that showed exactly what to do with resizing a photo with a Mac program.

Okay then, you are helping with the current problem and my advice will help prevent it in the future!
