Good Morning Ladies, I have a beautiful FW. Her name is Kady and I take her to class & other sewing outings in a Bowling Ball Bag, she fits great in there and all the accessories that go with her fit also. Its not heavy as I'm limited to how much I can lift and she goes right in my backseat on the floor & rides just fine.

judi43, that is a great idea, totally thinking outside the box to the bag...Hehe I have not yet seen anyone in my quilters forum use one though. Out of 160 members I have only seen three or four FW's at the sew ins. I will have to pay more attention to see what they bring them in...

Here's an idea -

With this you could leave the case original yet still have it dolled up.

That is an awesome idea, people do such wonderful things, thanks for the link Cari. You could actually have a little wooden box and fix it up stick your featherweight in it and it would be so cute.
A little steamer trunk is a super idea, how neat.

I'am liking this one, very Victorian. I have done lots of tole painting and stenciling so I could easily do something similar. It would still need the handmade carry bag for it but just look how cute it is.
