Default Woo hoo I found a 15-91

I have been wanting to add a 15-91 to my collection, and I found one today on Craigslist for $20. Dirty and neglected but she runs fine. I had to add a bobbin case, but I had one, and I plugged her in with my 401a cord because hers wasn't so good. The girl couldn't believe I wanted to sew on that old machine. She also gave me a really cute set of Pfaltzgraf measuring cups for my mom because they match moms dishes. She said there were no accessories, but when I got home I found the "secret drawer" on the side with all sorts of feet. I'll post pictures later, because there were spiderwebs underneath she won't be coming in the house for a few days. I'm so excited that I found a bargain!

I think you got a deal. My sister called yesterday saying she saw a 15-90 in good shape----did I want it for $300? I passed---too rich for my pocket...... but I am eager to see your's (after the spider webs are gone!)

You'll love your 15-91, its a great machine. Glad you got such a good deal on the price too.
I have 15-90 that had a motorectomy so it could be treadle powered.
