Default Craigslist Pretty Machine

Here is a link to a Craigslist posting I found today from a nearby town:

http://lubbock.craigslist.org/clo/4823028572.html

Is it a 15? I can barely read the plate, but the tension is on the side. It is the first one in white that I have seen. What can anybody tell me about it?

Thanks!

Dayle

I believe that's a 15-125 and a very nice one, too.

Edit to add: And it's a light green rather than white.

yes, it's a 15, 15-125 to be accurate. It's not white, it's two tone green, just bad lighting in the photo.

I have one. I love it. The color is very pretty and the 15's are good machines.

I think I like the old 15s with the external motor or a HC the best.

Nice looking machine. I like the style of those series of Singers. I know of the "modernized" 15s, 185s (remodeled 99) and 201s with that basic shape. I don't see all that many of them compared to the older black machines except the 185s. Singer must have sold a lot of those.

I have a 15 with that body style but it is black. I think that might be more rare at least around here. Oh and I do love that machine - I think it might be one I'll keep - It's too ugly to sell.
