Default PB Blaster

I've had a few issues with machine knobs(plastic) being damaged by products. Specifically Liquid Wrench:< Does PB Blaster melt or damage knobs and dials? I have some Kroil on order, but was going to give the PB Blaster a shot first if it won't do damage. I have a Bernina 730 that I posted about and everything on it is good to go now except for a frozen buttonhole lever/knob. It's a common problem and I've tried a week of Triflow and hair dryer and now need to move on to bigger guns. The last time I used Liquid Wrench it didn't like the plastic. I'll wait for the Kroil if I need to...

I've used PB Blaster on Singer 401 knobs and dials with no ill effects. I've had it stain white vinyl flooring so I'd wipe it off good when finished.

Thanks Joe. I went ahead and did a few doses and so far it's still stuck tight I'll keep at it.

I haven't had any issues with PB Blaster. It works great and hasn't melted anything yet. I'm not familiar with Kroil. Please tell me more about that. Thanks.

I'll have to wait until my order arrives. The pbBlaster didn't do the trick either:<
