Will the attachments for a 306 work on a 201? I found some attachments for a 306 and they are the same size as my 201. I tried them on and they fit but was afraid to try to sew with them on the machine, I did't want to mess my machine up!

Will the attachments for a 306 work on a 201? I found some attachments for a 306 and they are the same size as my 201. I tried them on and they fit but was afraid to try to sew with them on the machine, I did't want to mess my machine up!
They're both low shank machines so you shouldn't have a problem.
They will fit. Most Singer attachments are inter changeable on machines unless you have feet for a slant needle machine like the 301.

you won't mess your machine up, both machines are low shank. I use the attachments that came with my featherweight on my Singer 201k,15-90k treadles.
