Birthday gift - new Featherweight Free Arm Machine
1 Attachment(s)
I got my first featherweight in Paducah in 1994. It looks a little rough, but is completely functional. I have used it a lot for years and as it needed parts, I got parts. Since then I have built a business around Singer 221 Featherweights and started my website went online in January 2010. My husband surprised me by buying this beauty for my 60th birthday a couple of weeks ago in November. It just arrived on Monday!
It is a 1953 Free Arm that is in great shape, really bright decals and all the feet there. There is a buttonholer and a converter to go from UK power to US power. I am thrilled! |
Aren't those cute? I would love to have one for sewing baby and doll clothes - I've heard that tiny free arm is a wonderful thing. :)
