Colored Bobbin Tires?

Is there a source for colored bobbin tires? I am cleaning up my Bel Air clone and I sure hate putting a black bobbin tire on her. The original tire was dry and crumbled when I took it off.

I'm interested to know this also. Good luck finding them.

I have only seen the black ones. You may want to try googling for bobbins to see if anyone sells other color bobbins.

I haven't seen anything other than black either. I've gotten them from Sew-classic for under $1 each.

Probably not. A bobbin tire is a common 'O' ring. You may find white ones from a supplier to antique toy car restorers since the tires on some toy cars where white - but it is a long shot. Finding pink or blue or any other color would be a real trick. Let us know how the search goes!
