It looks like a toy machine but I'm no expert. I would guess 1950's?

Hi Buttons, that's the Sewhandy, the machine that Singer's Featherweight was based on. The Sewhandy was made in the 1920s and '30s.

Search for the thread titled GE Model A "Pre Featherweight" and you will find a bit of info on your machine. Nice find! Is it operational?

yes it does work i had to oil the motor but it works great
