Elgin treadle machine

Hi, I usually just lurk and drool over the great machines that everyone has but got bit by the treadle bug after reading about all that are here. I bought an Elgin treadle yesterday an it didn' t have any paper work with it. Has anyone heard of them before? It sews a nice stitch.

Picture? There were a lot of machines "badged" by the major manufacturers during late 1800's and early 1900's. National was a big maker of machines that put names on for other companies. To put a picture on here, you will probably have to resize it from the original so it will upload.
