how do I figure out a price on my vintage machines ?

I am not going to sell my Featherweight, that I know. But how do I figure out the prices of my other vintage sewing machines. I think most of them are Singer's, I know I have 2 or 3 that are 15-? for sure. I think I will post them on Craigslist, maybe even eBay. Any suggestions or should I post them the same prices as others have theirs on eBay ? I have 3 cabinets with them so they have to be on Craigslist. One of the sewing machines is the hand crank, never could figure out how to piece with with rolling that crank at the same time. Guess I am one of those people who can't walk and chew gum at the same time ?

Ebay's a good place to look. But, not at the current auctions...check "completed listings". Asking prices & what they actually sold for (IF they sold) are very different in a lot of cases....

i have a vintage 1941 Singer in cabinet that i am trying to sell. I listed it on craigslist and got 15 responses all of which were spam. be extremely careful there. I contacted 11 local antique stores... none would take it to sell. They said the market for vintage machines has dropped off too much for them to take it for me. This is all in my home state of Delaware, but i am not sure that it would be much different anywhere else in the country. Hope you find a buyer for your machines.
