I emailed my husband a CL add for what I thought just a singer treadle. Well when he gets there they show him that they also have a bent wood case but don't know in it because it's locked. They wanted $40 both. So when he gets them home I open the case to find a beautiful 99!! It runs and had the manual. The treadle is a 27 dated 1906.

Ohhhh- rare pheasant decals! What a fantastic find. What is the serial # on it? I am definitely jealous.

Its H1692661. The cabinet needs some work... but I found a tutorial on here and I am hoping I can just clean it up and not have to refinish it. I was looking for a cabinet for my 66 but I feel like the 27 belongs in this one and don't think that I can switch them.

Oooooh, your DH bagged a pheasant . Lucky you. It looks as if it will clean up nicely. I am envious.
