I enjoy seeing everyone else's vintage treasures, so I thought I'd share mine before the year ends...I hope everyone has a healthy & Happy New Year!

Featherweight herd (4): the worst paint job runs the best and the best paint job runs the worst...go figure!
Faceplate shot shows the two different faceplates on Featherweights.

Japanese clone (lilac colour with no distinguishable model/make) other members helped determine it is a Japanese clone, able to do zigzag so a later model, probably a Kenmore badge at some point. I call her Lilac

Singer 99 from 1948...just like a featherweight only bigger! This is Jolene.

Singer treadle from 1913. I have the original manual and many "feet". This is the "Sphinx" decal. I lovingly refinished the cabinet to be told by my ex husband that the cabinet had no value. The machine's condition determines the value...this is not the only reason we are divorced! lol

Thank you, I love seeing your collection. Nice cabinet work, btw.

Thanks for showing your collection. You have some very nice looking machines.

I believe that you should take another look at Jolene. She's a 201 not a 99, you lucky girl.

Happy NewYear and enjoy your beautiful machines!

Jolene is a Singer 201, as Cathy says. And you are lucky, because the 201 was voted the best all-time machine by the sewing machine dealers of America.

I have a cabinet just like yours and it has A Singer 127 in it. I love that cabinet. It sits proudly in my living room. I cleaned up the cabinet and restored the machine, which hadn't sewn for 40 years. I might trade or give away the Singer 127 head, as I am not fond of the bullet style bobbin, but I'm keeping the cabinet! I'd love to find a Singer 201 treadle for it.
