Pogues branded sewing machine

I'm trying to find some information on a 'Pogues' branded sewing machine. Pogues was a department store in Cincinnati, so I'm assuming the machine was sold at the department store. The other information on the machine is "Super Deluxe Precision Sewing Machine - made in Japan". The motor has a plate that says "Deko Appliance Division - General Motors Corp". The instruction manual that came with this sewing machine is for a Singer 15-91, but it is not a perfect match.

The machine has an interesting feed dog feature. Not only can the feed dogs be completely up, or completely down, but there are 5 intermediate positions.

The wiring looks a little suspect, so we did not turn it on. It's gorgeous, and except for the wiring, doesn't seem to have much wear.

We're looking for more information about this sewing machine. Can anyone provide some information, or point us in the right direction? Searching the internet hasn't helped.

Thanks

It's a Class 15 made in Japan. Usually a very good machine, great stitcher. Try this link for a generic manual:

Enjoy it,
