Pressmaster Sewing Machine

I was at a friend's house today and she had a Pressmaster Sewing Machine. Can anyone tell me anything about it?

Made by White Sewing Machine Company...probably around the 30's or 40's. (The "t-shirt" bobbin cover is a "White" feature)

Thanks, Charlee. Do you know what it would sell for?

I'm really not a good one to ask! :D If *I* was going to buy it, I'd probably be willing to part with $25, providing that it works....if it has attachments and a manual, then a bit more. Others here might be willing to part with more....

Would be a cute addition to any sewing machine collection!

I would not pay much for it. I like all my machines to be useful and that means being able to buy needles/bobbins/feet for them. Your machine looks like it has top clamp feet and those are no longer made. One can find them on ebay, but would not find any quilting feet for it.

I live in an area where there at MANY old machines around and very few are rare or valuable. Prices would likely be different in other parts of the country/world. IMHO, of course. Anything is worth what you can get.
