So pretty and bright! I hope to make quilts for my kids on my husband's Grandmother's model 66 Singer. I wasn't sure about quilting on a treadle machine. Your quilt inspires me to hurry up and get it refurbished!

I just finished a 3 dimensional bow tie top, using mostly red, white and blue. I pieced the blocks on several of my vintage/antique sewing machines. Treadle machines: 1917 White Rotary, 1936 Singer 201k,1955 Pfaff 60. Electrics:
1952 Singer black 301 and 1961 tan featherweight. I finished the last 8 blocks with a 1992 Bernina 1031, will likely quilt it too. My modern Pfaff QE 4.2 is in the hospital, so I'll have to remember how to quilt with only 6.5" of throat v.s. 10". I also pieced a quilt pattern from Villa Rosa Designs, "Saratoga", using the White Rotary, it was quilted with my Bernina 1031. Sharon in Texas |
Both are very nice. I especially like the bow tie one.

Thrillhouse and purplefiend like both of your quilts. Look at those tootsies peeking out from under perplefiend's quilt. Really very pretty and nice work.

Rodney and Thrillhouse(aka:Trish),
Thank you! The feet belong to my dd's boy friend, needed someone tall enough to hold a 72" quilt top for the photo. Sharon in Texas |
Still pretty quilt feet and all.

Both are very lovely! Well done!
