As someone who does collect vintage and antique machines and does pay attention to the market, I would say this machine is worth $350. Some buyers would pay more. You wouldn't expect to sew on it, though. It would be very difficult to get needles. This would be a display machine, part of a collection. It is in good shape for it's age, even excellent condition. It is rare, as the seller says. The seller is representing it accurately, IMHO. The trick, though, would be to pack and ship it in such a way that it is not hurt. Cast iron machines break easily when shipped. Less valuable machines are often damaged in transit. In the pre-2008 economy, this machine would easily have sold for more, maybe four times that amount or more, according to my observations.
