I can relate to your feelings. I am the oldest and then there are 2 boys. The middle one is the GOLDEN CHILD! And he brought the most pain, worry, & sorrow to our parents while growing up! Oh well, it is what it is and can't change that. SO as for you...you did the right thing, but sounds like your little sister is spoiled. Probably cant change that either, so let it go. In my case, I'm the oldest and it's the middle sister that gets me upset. She has never "wanted" anything from my Mom and Dad UNTIL they passed away. She always caledl their stuff "old or ugly". Now, she's first in line to claim whatever she wants. My younger sister and I usually give in to her. It's sad, we want things because of memories; she wants things because they "match" her new house.
