singer monogrammer

Did Singer ever make their monogrammer for low shanks? I've googled until I'm blue but all I'm finding are for slant shanks.

Do other monogrammers--I think Kenmore made one--fit your basic low-shank machine? I'd like one, but now I'm confused.

I have some kind of monogrammer that was not made by Singer - it is very simple - it is just a plastic template thing - kind of 'mod' lettering. It works better than the Singer monogrammer I have for the 401 - I can't seem to get it right. It was a gift from my sister - she found it at a yard sale or GW a long time ago. I have a very cool sister. I would do a picture but my camera totally died a couple days ago.
