That is a "beasty buttonholer". $10 in 1945 was a lot of money. Is there a part number on it?

Anyone looking for a beautiful 2 tone blue Vigorelli? http://hudsonvalley.craigslist.org/for/3354131026.html North of NYC I think the colors are probably nicer in person.

The monster button holler is just a camera angle thing. I have two of the Singer versions and they are about the same size. Both bolt up and work just fine on any low shank machine.

Jon, thanks for the help. They went between $48 and $100 so offering her $60 would be okay. Don't want to pay much more but will see how she responds. Thanks again.

Guess it's only worth parts if it needs some expensive repair or part.
