Steve, that is one beautiful machine. When I find machines that old, they are usually so beaten up that I walk away.

Qwkslver, your machines are lovely. I am still looking for a white FW. When I do find them, the price is way too much.... maybe, someday. In the meantime, I'm just enjoying the other machines that I have.

I probably should have, but the machine was SO sharp.... I really do need to pick two and part with the third....

Singer 201 sighted on machine quilting frame!!

I've ran across several blogs in the last few weeks of people using Singer 201s and Singer 66s on their machine quilting frames!!

Well, I have to say that I am excited about a machine I am going to be working on, a Singer 201. I am picking it up tomorrow night. It is in a nice cabinet too. I think it is a 1957.

On my spring break I traveled south. Found this in a pawn shop. Real nice condition and after help from the QB I got the threading right and it runs wonderfully. Got a full compliment of goodies to go with and extras! Later model button holer, a little gizmo for weaving/darning called an Speedveve and 30 some extra button hole cams.
