What is the difference between a Singer 127 and 128?
For that matter, I've seen references to a 127-1, or a 127-3, etc.
They must be very similar, because the user's instruction book for my machine groups 127's and 128's together. So what's the difference (1) between a 127 and a 128? And (2) what are the differences between the various 127's? And (3) how can I tell which mine is? When the Singer company sent me the information on my machine, they just said it was a model 127. All I know is that the 127 is full size, and the 128 is 3/4 size. I cannot tell you the differences in the various 127s.

I believe the 128 is a 3/4 size of the 127. 127 bed size is around 14.5 and 128 is around 12.5.
