I know they're rusty as all get out but i also know you won't see these models come around all the time...particularly the first machine of the two in there.

I wouldn't want them . Too far gone for me.

They should pay you to take them.

All those machines have been exposed to a lot of water. Considering where they are, possibly salt water. They are junk. My rusted up 99K wasn't anywhere near as bad and it was a big pain in the butt.

Pass 'em by.

The machines might have a few salvageable parts, but I would absolutely want that metate and mortar and pestle!

R.I.P. Another sad end.

J Miller 08-17-2012 09:52 AM

Well, maybe, just maybe you could salvage them "IF" you soaked them in a 10 gallon bucket of Evapo-Rust.

Well he gave them to me and i just couldnt say no. Theyre frozen up but the rust doesnt go so.deep that all hope is lost on them. Theyll have to.wait a good while before they get attention though.

100% agree, their is up-cycling, recycling and then there is the rubbish bin, the latter is where IMO these belong.

Jenn,

Since you have them, start soaking them in oil now. Don't wait.

Joe
