Where to get a carrying case for a Singer 99?
I've found replacement cases for the Featherweights, but haven't found them for a Singer 99. Anyone know who might carry them? Thanks.

I have one and need a case, as well. Anybody know where to find one?

Other than a lucky find somewhere or an old sewing machine shop with lots of goodies, the only place I've found for cases is:
{ http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/sew...ine-cases.aspx } The one I'm gonna buy to try is the: Carrying Case, Flat Bed #P60218. It's got an adapter in it so it will work with the full or 3/4 size machines. I have not yet found any source of decent wooden cases. Joe |
Thank you! I'm interested in utility, and this will work well if I buy a 99.

Does anyone know if there is a wood plans for sewing machines cases.

If you're on Facebook, scroll down to Jan 23rd & see a prototype pattern that Among Brenda's Quilts is working on, not sure if it would help you or not. https://www.facebook.com/amongbrendasquilts

That's not a bad looking carry case, for a lightweight machine. I don't think it would work too good for a cast iron heavyweight though.

I am also looking for a case or bed for my 99K * 99 * 185K

Singer 185K
I posted just a bit ago for the Singer 99K carrying case or base ... has anyone tried if these machines would fit in a 221 case? I also have a 99 & 185K
thanks |
