New to the herd/hoard last week courtesy of my OJCG. Wiring is toast, actually it is toast, stiff and crumbly. Interesting motor and plug connection though, I have not seen that set up before. It does have a crinkle finish that is the smoothest of all my crinkle machines. Also, the added on light is certainly different, the color is OCD green. The light is also wired into the electric cord so I am going to assume that the machine never had a light. That will go when the machine is rewired. The foot controller is also very different from others that I own or have seen.

Interesting set up. Love that hokey light :D .

She's a pretty one and looks nice and clean. I didn't used to like the crinkle finish but yours reminds me of my friend's crinkle finish Singer 66. I cleaned it up and got it running and when I was done I realized that I DID like the crinkle finish on her machine.

Is that a box attached to the foot controller?

The box contains the innards of the foot controller and is attached. I will take some pics of it later today. Most unusual.
