It may and it may not.

There are 2 cords I've seen for 15s.

My 15-91 has a single lead,... only goes to the wall, the foot pedal is hard wired. I don't particularly like that, and may change it to the other way. The reason I don't like it is the pedal has to be carried on top of the machine when transporting. 9 times out of ten, it slips and hits me, or jerks the machine around, or scratches the bed. Can't be good for wiring, either. The other way, I can transport the pedal and wire however I want to.

The other way, is the same as the FW cord, a double lead (one to the pedal, one to the wall)
