Did some more image-googling. Found this "New Williams" treadle and cabinet that has a very similar design, although no drawers. But the "cut" of the wood looks even more similar than the New Home posted/linked above.

I could be wrong about yours but the fancy cuts on the side of mine face down. The flat part is screwed onto the top. Does yours have any screw holes?

Remember, these are now yours and can be mounted any way you choose. If you'd like a pic as reference, just ask!

On yours, the "bottom" has one rounded edge, while the "top" has two rounded edges. I also used a magnifying glass on the craigslist image and sure enough, the double rounded edges are on the bottom. The decorative edge on sides will not be seen if you put it at the top also.

Default I have the sewing machine these drawers went to......

Hi! I DO recognize these drawers. I have the very sewing machine that has these exact drawers in the cabinet. The sewing machine is by New Home and is from 1889. The original cabinet is very pretty and has a fancy wooden top that covers the sewing machine itself. My sewing machine was owned and used by my great-great grandmother and passed down. The cabinet is in great shape and the sewing machine is a treadle operated and still sews. I haven't been able to find a picture of it on the internet, but I'd be happy to send you a picture of mine if you like.
