I think I really love the flat turquoise one here. I like that it has no metallic or pearl in the paint. Like a vintage car. I may have to look for a fw in need of a paint job and have dh paint her up for me. I would want decals though.

I still haven't decided on a color for my featherweight, but I am in the process of stripping it down. Does anyone have a good method of removing the brass medallion without damaging it?

Its in the book by Dave Mccallum. I dont have it handy. I think you pop off the rivets inside the machine, then put the badge back on with little screws and glue the original rivet heads back. I can check later when I have my book handy if no one else has an idea.
