Well I picked up a Singer 66 that was a little worse for wear at the thrift store the other week and I finally got around to doing something with it. I will more than likely sell this one just because I have several and I am repainting them all.

This one is going to be a deep Candy Blue with the 22kt gold leaf decals. It should be finished by next weekend I hope if everything goes like planned.

But here are a few photos of the "Naked" machine!!

I know you're going to kick me for saying this...but I like it as is! My house is very modern and I decorate with aluminum and pewter. I love it naked!

I can't wait to see the pictures when it is done. Billy you are a great artist when it comes to repainting cars and sewing machines. I can't imagine how wonderful it will look.

Take care on your trip in August, and say hi to everyone for me! Take tons of pictures.

:) :) :)

I used to own a graphics company and I made up some decals for sewing machines before I sold out. So I have a bunch here that I can choose from both in 22kt Gold Leaf and the regular gold.

I Have several that I am going to be repainting and selling I was thinking about shooting this one pink if I thought someone would be interested in it. I have all of the stuff for the Candy Blue laying around and I was going to do a 66-1 for me to use in the Studio and it was going to be solid gloss Black with all of the plated parts being the same color gloss Black. I was going to call it "Vader"!!
