Default Riccar RZ-208B

I literally almost tripped over this one sitting on the floor of a new thrift store I visited yesterday. Cost me all of $15. It needed a bobbin case which I had and a new needle. The wiring is perfect and she runs. She is now sitting after a good oiling. Then she a good cleaning and test drive. I found a manual for her online. The color is actually a cream and mocha brown. I am going to name her Rita Moreno Riccar.

Was the quilt block (under the foot pedal in the photo) in there when you got it home? Nice!

No, it was a quilt block left over from last years Bonnie Hunter's Orca Bay Mystery Quilt. Just needs binding to be a mug rug. There are some scratches on the bed from the foot controller, I try not to add more.
