I bought my second Featherweight yesterday. ($200) It is in VERY good condition. Decals are not worn at all. Came with bobbin case, extra bobbins, attachments, and even TWO keys for the latches.. The case does have a musty smell. I think the bottom may have gotten damp at one time. The covering is coming loose from the bottom, but that can be repaired.

Good for you! I have read a LOT on here that the smell is a regular thing due to the hide glues that were used. Somebody posted a bunch of methods on smell suppression here recently...

Good for you!! I missed out on one the other day. I knew the auction was ending and I was watching to see where it would go. It was a nice clean basic black FW that sold for $202 ... and it was local so I could have picked it up. Alas ... I got distracted and when I turned back to the auction it was over.
