Cathy...I am with you...My husband know not to say no.....he has to live with me....would be trouble for him if he ever did, but some woman don't stand up for their self like my friend she has been married to this jerk for 40 years and never stood up to him.Don't understand it but it works for them...

My DH would not be able to stand any more words coming out of my mouth after 5 minutes. He tells people he won't put up with a winer, that's why he just does what he can and figures out the rest as long as he knows it's going to get used and makes everything easier on the nerves. I have had wine but I haven't had to wine.

I have an old Parsons cabinet made in the 80s that I bought from craigslist for $75 and my DH took out the spring-loaded lift and installed an airlift from Rockler. He also replaced the platform that the machine sits on. It was plywood with a hardwood edge band. We did some half-circle cutouts on the left edge for the power and FC cords to run through. Then I got a Dream World acrylic insert to go around the machine when it it is recessed to flatbed height (most of the time). The lift raises the platform to level height when I need the freearm.

when we first got married 38 years ago, I use to wine and say please.....now I just point and say fix it ....I have alway just bought what I want and he dosen't say anything ...I do the same for his hobby's,. right now I am trying to learn about robots .I have a old robot dog that does almost every thing a "real" dog does.. except the mess. Ha ha. I am trying to make him walk. That is all he can not do. he is the size of a three month old pup. And my hubby know I will get him (Biscut that what named him) now matter what the cost is.
