I had to check this out since I recently got the green 15! I've been wanting a 15 so the green was a bonus. I have to say I am in that jump on everything space at least I WAS until last weekend! That didn't stop me from looking this weekend but it stopped me from buying when the prices were ridiculous!

I passed on this. They were asking too much for my budget. Instead I bought a very nice 401a in a cabinet for $30.....and saved it from the dump...they were cleaning a rental after an eviction. I also picked up a 15 treadle for cheap, cheap. So it will have to be another time for a green 15. They seem to always want more than I am willing to pay.

Singer 15-125 on ebay for only $25
Islip, NY with "local pickup" option only

I have a black and a green. I call them my "hammerhead" machines. But they are shaped more like a cordless drill. lol They are fun. I just enjoy their blockiness.

That would be a great deal at $25. Real model 15s of any style tend to go for higher around here.

I believe that is a reference to the Japanese clone 15's as opposed to actual Singer 15's

I figured that, I was just giving him grief. I got a the smart-a** gene from both parents so it's impossible for me to be nice.
