Hello all! I've been lurking lately on a brief break from quilting, but when I saw this machine listed on Craigslist I couldn't let her pass by! My question is, what model do you think this is? I looked at the photo thread and it looks a lot like the Model 12, plus the dates fit. The serial number on this one is 1945517 which looks like it was issued in 1875.

It's raining like crazy here so I haven't even brought her all the way into the house yet or I'd take more pics.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

Looks like a Singer 12 or 13. The 13 is a larger version of the 12 and has the extra slide plate.
