Default Snagged another FW

Found another FW on craigslist today . A 1964 white model. Got her for $80. Cleaned it all up, oiled and lubed it and the motor purrs like a kitten. But, there's an issue with the tension and bobbin thread not right. I think I'll purchase a repair manual now that I have 2 FW's. I'll post pics as soon as I get some help.

Good luck in fixing your FW..I haven't seen any that cheap up here. There was one near here on Craigslist for $200.00.' I'd like to find one a lot cheaper like you did. Great price!!!

Good for you! I know we all want a white FW but I'm not convinced that they're worth the big bucks they usually command. (I guess I just don't want one that bad). Glad to hear you found one at a reasonable price.

That's sew unfair, if you had been with us when we were sewing on Monday, you would have heard me say that I want a white featherweight!!! tried to talk sewing susie out of hers but no go, so next one you find reasonably priced get for me please. Can't wait for you to bring her for our next "show and tell".
