That one looks pretty far gone and given how blurry the picture is I can't even tell how complete it is. Complete but rusty is easier to deal with than having to hunt down parts. Not an easy project but if you want a custom painted one you couldn't possibly hurt it.

I agree with Steve on the $10-20 price. I would buy it, but only because it would be a neat decoration to have in my sewing room.
