Default Gift of hope

We had the pleasure of finding and winning an e-bay 401a for a friend who is going through a difficult time. Her DH had his leg amputated below the knee due to circulation problems then just returned home from quadruple bypass surgery. Her granddaughter had messed up her other one. We gave it to her this am. I never saw anyone so overwhelmed. It is very similar to one she had and was forced to leave behind many years ago. Tonight we were able to get a group of 20 cams that will expand its capabilities even further. Can't wait for them to get here! Is the season for giving. We feel very blessed to have been able to restore this machine to useful service to someone who will appreciate it. She will now be able to make Christmas presents for her family.

A wonderful gift. Hope the GD leaves the "new" one alone. I'd put it under lock and key. Post an address and I'll send a fat quarter to her.

I would love to send her a piece of fabric! You are so precious to do this for someone. Only those of us who love our machines know what this means to her!

Would love to donate some fat quarters. If you don't want to post her address, perhaps you could post yours and we could all send them to you to give to her.

I think there are a lot of us who would like to send her some fabric. Please tell us how we can send it to her.
