What a wonderful tribute for a friend. I have met through this board some really neat individuals, who I will probably never get to meet in person, but feel as though I have known them for years and some I email on a regular basis. Sorry to hear that you will be going into the hospital for surgery, did not know until now, but prayers are with you and your family and for a speedy recovery. You offer so much to all on this board who need info on vintage machines, repair, parts or just your pure knowledge. Can't wait to see pics of your quilt.

I think I have the camera problem solved. I have my daughter's camera battery on the charger. As long as there's no problems I should be able to get some pictures posted tomorrow.
Thank you everyone for your kindness and your thoughts and prayers. It means a lot to me to have this many people pulling for me.
Thank you,
Rodney

There is a lady made quilt in the works, too. I doubt if it is too late.
My DH made one of those manmade quilt blocks. When he heard Glenn was doing a quilt for Rodney, DH wanted to pitch in. He has NEVER sewn before. He made a block, quilted it and bound it AND it looks good - all on a little Singer 99 HC. How's that for a guy??? Oh and he does read here some times and he even posted a tutorial we did with Glenn (in my name) about machine finish.
