There is a wonderful online group "Treadle On" that will help you learn to use your machine. Please take the plants off the treadle cabinet, plant pee makes ugly rings on the wood and will warp it.
I'm a happy member of Treadle On. I love my treadles!

My friend has a red eye treadle and doesn't use it, just there to look pretty.

These links to the Treadle lady should help you get started. I also recommend her booklet. The price is right and it's very informative.

Gosh... she's soooo beautiful. I saw a similarly Minty condition treadle on CL up in Maine ... a MINT Memphis Sphinx decal'd machine. I am in love!! Unfortunately, I live in Florida... lol.

Any Maine-ers on this thread.... ??? Don't miss out!
