She sure is a beauty. I keep walking into the sewing room just to check her out! I close it up but then have to re open it. LOL Obsessed? A bit. I, too, am curious about her previous owners. I wonder who they were and what they did with her. Can you imagine if they saw our other machines? Massive culture shock.

Beautiful. I have my MIL's in the attic and have had no interest in it until I starting quilting a few months ago. I have been saying to my husbnad that I want to drag it down after the holidays and see what it is and what condition it is in. May have to take a break now and go up and take the sheet off and peek at it. Thanks!

I have a Red Eye 66 treadle also in the same condition and the same cabinet except my cabinet only has 2 drawers on each side not 3. The one in my Avatar is a Singer Model 27 from 1903. It is in a very decorative cabinet that I dearly love. You are going to love her more as time goes on. Congrats

Yeah, she sure is a beauty!

My DH found one at a new/second hand furniture place just like this one last week. Wasn't in mint condition with the same cabinet which had some water damage. The price tag was $199.00. I thought it was a little steep for the condition. Was I wrong?
