I notice my White FR Treadle balance wheel (The big wheel underneath that take the belt) is wobbly and thus making a clanging sound. How to tighten? Hints or suggestions on tightening? Looks like bolt accessible but side near mission cabinet would require a complete breakdown. Thanks.

Check your cabinet - I found (looking at YouTube) that my Singer parlor cabinet has a panel door on the side that gives access to the wheel. I never even noticed it was there - it looks like part of the molding. I don't know whether the mission cabinet you have would have a door, but it's worth looking.
