Mishnjim will correct me if I'm wrong, I think the long wooden things are for making bobbin lace? Or for weaving...
The long wooden things look like bobbins you would use for spinning wool into yarn. The long wooden thing with the opening in the middle is for weaving.

I like the machine!!! It is a Model 28K and is a 3/4 machine. The production year is 1908 and it was produced between January and June of that year. 250,000 of them were made on that run alone.

A HUGE production run to say the least for that one, most of the time it is like 50,000 a pop. There were over 5,016,235 of the machines built during the course of the 28K.

But like everyone says it is a very nice machine, and the decals are in very good condition!!!! But I think it might be missing the handcrank assembly itself. If you have just a knob on the handwheel then the ratio is 1:1 with the handcrank attachment it was more like 6:1.

Opps

Okay the ratios are like this, when the handwheel turns on revolution the machine makes one stitch= 1:1 Ratio.

With a handcrank the crank turns one revolution and the machine makes 6 stitches= 1:6 ratio.
