Silver Needle

I wrote some time back about gifting a 401 to a friend whose husband had 1 leg amputated a year ago and recently had quadruple bypass surgery. Several of you also responded by gifting her with fabric but some of the return addresses were not readable so she asked me to THANK YOU here on the forum. She was just overwhelmed that at such a dark and difficult time (lots of other things going on) people from so far away who don't even know her have sent her gifts of fabric. She will use the fabrics to probably make doll quilts or dolly clothes for her granddaughter who is 2.

This is truly an amazing group and I'm glad I joined. By the way, the first thing Alice made with her 401 was a dress for her granddaughter to wear to her mother's wedding. (The granddaughter's mother was getting married.)
