Valuable? Only in the sellers fondest fantasys. It looks like an industrial treadle machine. But the pic is so cluttered I can't tell anything for sure.

I wonder how much whacky weed he was smoking before he posted that?

Maybe the seller is being forced to sell the machine and knows there is no way anyone will pay that much for it so he can say he has it for sale. Or there is a typo error. One would hope there is no one in the world that would be so foolish to pay such a price.
