Nice puddle. That cabinet would probably fold up like a wet taco of you tried to move it.
The cabinet's probably done for but you could save the machine and treadle and possibly the drawers. $20 is pretty good value. It even seems to have its slide plate.
Someone could take advantage of bad parenting and save this poor thing.
