Yep. I would. Under the condition that IF it's something that isn't the result of abuse or idiocy, yeah. The last one I sold the lady was told that if she had ANY issues with the machine to bring it back...that I didn't care if it was tomorrow or 3 years down the road....and she only paid $40 for it, $5 more than I paid for it, and I had cleaned, oiled, and adjusted the tension. Not much pay for that much work cuz it was DIRTY...

I think Ray White has the right idea...there's no money in reselling these oldies...teach people how to fix them for $700 a pop tho, and you can make a living!

Ok...this one is NOT vintage...and I know you can pick one up at Hancock's Fabrics for less than $1000! (think the last one I saw was marked at $499!)

I'm sure this person is straight up, be it a he or she.. just showing that pretty machine.

I do have to wonder where they find all these steel gears to replace the fiber one.. or how they can take these ALL apart clean and resell so cheap..

as far as guarantee .. I have a pile of broken craftsman tape measures, There yours free .. there quaranteed for life.. >>>>>>>>>>> when I bought them. Take one in see what they say now..

I'd say the red eye is a $100 deal . BUT

OMG

2 grand for a sewing machine !!!!! I almost died, 40 years ago, when the ol lady made me send 500 on one.. she didn't like it soooooo off we went with another 500 $ bill. The sewing machine guy rolled out the red carpet.. but it was for the lady behind us

yes, I know wall about things cost more now days, so that 700 on the red eye would be a great buy ...now..

There some very good points coming up on these c/l adds....

I have use c/l for it's get go..... I have sold in the 10,000's of dollars, and most likely bought that amount , same with ebay.. so when I'm buying I watch it like a hawk, maybe 15 to 20 times aday.

these sewing machine I often catch in minutes after they show up.. many I mail at that time, so often never ever get a reply, yet that add runs til it expires...maybe it sold yes..

Then thi sone, you call they posted a number, every time a guy answer sound like there druuged or drunk, ask a question and they may say something that you can't understand then hang up on you and that add get deleted. then in a day the same add reappears two days leter it gone, afew months and there's that same add...

and then the FW adds that show up all over the USA , BUTTTTT there showing the same photo in each add.

as in what charlee posted a machine priced at 20000 when it sell for half that. This isn't just with sewing machines... This quilting craze has become a huge money maker , so are these just plain ol spammer/ scammer adds
Dealing with antque and vintage atuo/atv parts this is common place now days..
