The answer is: "Of course there are more but can I successfullt import them into my house without DH noticing them?" That's the tricky part for me.[/quote]

Can you keep it in your trunk for a while. Bring it into the house and when he notices it say this old machine I have had
it for a while, you just didn't notice it before. Kathie

Candace, they were talking about Featherweights here....the link is to a 66 in treadle. :-) It is a nice machine, though, and a good price!!
Actually, there are many discussions going on at once. I'm not talking about FWs.
SORRY!!! And the 66 is a NICE looking one!!

Is it a 66? It's been brought to my attention that it isn't because of the double slide plate.

You're right Candace. The 66's are a rotary bobbin, this one is a shuttle bobbin.

Lets see, screw drive, fold up knife, old rags, thread, cash - yeah I'm ready for a yard sale or CL find. Make sure the screw drive fits the hinge screws so it can be taken out of the cabinet - little old ladies don't like to help move the blame things.... I have one coming tomorrow. I answered a CL ad along with 25 other people I'm the only one that sent my phone number - remember that folks!!! I'm not sure what the machine is but the table and bench look good...
