Very nice! That's a different shape cabinet - really cool.

My OSMG said that the 319 is a good machine to have because it was the first one that Singer made that had an built in zigzag, and did not require cams just to zigzag. You can look up the free manual, and believe you me, it is mostly how to combine those typewriter keys on top with the cams to make various stitches. The black ones are pretty, but I have a green one myself, and it is very interesting. Does the ad say you can contact a shipping company if you do not hear from any volunteer shippers? Make sure and check about the bobbin case too....they are expensive.

Nice!! For the move...take the machine head out of the cabinet!! That thing weighs 30 lbs or so, and that old wood tends to be brittle...the bumps and vibrations are pretty hard on these old girls and the hinges often break when they're transported in one piece like that.

Really nice machine, and I LOVE the cabinet!! :)

MarieM, Pretty machine, but I love the Mission style cabinet. I have a soft spot for White machines and Mission furniture. Congratulations. You did good.
