The other lady does the piecing and applique, and she does the quilting sitting down with her Bernina on a table. No long arm!! She has won Best of Show at other national shows for her quilting. She is just amazing!

but their shipping prices are insane. I've bid on and won several machines in that weight class and they could ship it Fed-EX or UPS for around $30.
I really like and would have bid on it. Ah well.

I looked up your Kenmore and the listing I have dates it at 1968-69. By the way I have that very same cabinet, but different machine.
